Flipping Roll and Advisor Codes

When you send us data to prepare you are allowed to give us the names of two teachers associated with each student. Although you may use the names for different purposes, in the program we call these Roll and Advisor.

If we have set you up with the two fields reversed, or if you want them to change at the end of the semester, there is a quick way to swap these to fields in each student's record.

Begin by selecting Utilities from the home screen and then End of Semester as is shown above.

Click thebutton.

You will be prompted to proceed and then the program will very quickly swap these two codes in each student's record.

This is a very harmless process. If you feel that you should not have done this, simply repeat it and the codes will be flipped back to their original state.

Note: If you are using an alternating A-Day B-Day Schedule you can use this routine to make your staff configuration match your school's plan.
