The Data Collected Since Date

The Honor Level System keeps track of the date you enter a student into the data base. This date is entered for you automatically. It appears in the upper data frame of the student record.

The date that you first launch your system each year with the new data is added to each student's record. If a student enrolls later in the year, his data collected since date will be the day you add him to HLS. If you ever back date an entry in a student record to a date earlier than the data collected since date, it will change to this new date.

You can change the data collected since date manually on the Edit Biographic Data window. You can not enter a date that is later than the earliest entry in the student's record.

The data analysis tools scan your entire data base to find the earliest data collected since date in your records for use in its routines.
