How to send us data
Instructions For Sending Honor Level System Data
- Email data as an Excel or .csv (comma separated variable) file to the address below [do not include spaces shown*]:
- dataprep @ honorlevel.com
- Please include the name of the school in the subject field of the email – so we can sort messages and find yours without having to open it.
- Try to include the name of the school in the name of the Excel file. We get 5-6 files a day called Honor Level Data – school names are very helpful.
- Send us the following data in no particular order:
Student ID number
Last name
First name
Grade level
Home phone number (optional)
“Home room teacher” (name of teacher that hands out slips in the morning to students – please convert classroom #’s to teachers’ names)
Gender (optional)
Ethnic Code (optional)
Name of second teacher – counselor or advisor (optional)

*spaces have been added to the email address to prevent web-bot crawlers from gathering data for spamming purposes.
